Samantha graduated from New York University in three years with a B.A. in Philosophy. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and is a member of the Order of the Barristers.
She also served as the Executive Vice President of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, and a member of the Business Law Review. She won the Broadcast Music Inc., sponsored moot court competition at the Cardozo School of Law in New York City, also taking home the Best Brief Award.
Prior to joining Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., Samantha was an Assistant Public Defender in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. She has extensive trial experience, after spending years defending serious felony cases.
