The Tort and Insurance Defense Practice Group is highly skilled in handling loss claims from inception through trial in state and federal courts. We work with our clients to identify and address the relevant facts, coverage issues and potential exposures, including the investigation and resolution of claims by way of Examinations Under Oath. We are experienced with identifying and defending fraudulent claims as well as handling the assertion of bad faith claims.
