Bressler Principal Angela Scafuri will speak on “Electronic and Social Media in Family Litigation: What’s Useful? What’s Beyond the Pale?” at New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education’s (NJICLE’s) Summer CLEfest on Friday, August 12, 2016 at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, NJ.
Topics to be discussed include the role of social media in litigation, NJ discovery rules that relate to electronic devices and social media, gathering information in a lawful and ethical way, and inserting social media limits in pre-nuptial agreements and divorce settlement documents.
