Patrick represents management and advises clients in a wide variety of EEO and employment matters, including cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other analogous state discrimination and tort laws. Patrick handles cases in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations, and administrative proceedings before the EEOC.

In addition, Patrick represents clients in insurance and commercial litigation matters.

While at University of Virginia School of Law, Patrick served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Law & Politics. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
