Dennis Kadian brings a diverse background of litigation strengths to the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law practice groups. His experience includes breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and coverage disputes provides a strong base for his practice which encompasses insurance premium litigation, commercial litigation and workers compensation. He appears in federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey, and is routinely admitted pro hac vice to litigate matters across the nation.

By devoting a substantial portion of his practice to the insurance and claims industries, Dennis has developed expertise in all aspects of commercial insurance products including retrospective premium formulas and calculations, deductible obligations, coverage counseling and litigation, environmental tort claim allocations, audit disputes, collateral, bad faith and claim mismanagement. His understanding of commercial insurance matters allows him to efficiently create leverage to achieve his client’s goals in the shortest time possible and in the most cost effective manner. Clients recognize and appreciate Dennis’s natural ability to present complex facts and concepts in an easily understandable way which consistently results in the successful resolution of matters.

Dennis advises self-insured employers and third-party administrators on a broad range of workers’ compensation issues. His experience with workers’ compensation claims provides him with valuable experience and insight making him well positioned to defend his clients in bad faith lawsuits and counterclaims involving allegations of claims mismanagement.

During law school, Dennis acquired valuable experience as a law clerk in the New York Litigation Division of Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
