In the defense of legal malpractice claims, his experience includes litigation arising from matters involving complex real estate and commercial transactions, alleged deficiencies in estate planning and related probate litigation, as well as employment and personal injury claims.

In devoting a substantial portion of his practice to insurance litigation, Benjamin has been involved in all aspects of insurance coverage issues related to mass tort and environmental liabilities. His experience in this field includes litigation, investigation, and advice related to coverage for first-party property claims for fire and other casualty losses against both commercial and personal insurance policies. He has also defended and prosecuted subrogation claims stemming from casualty loss.
